Controller of the personal data

The controller of the personal data is:

Personal data collected by the Administrator shall be processed in accordance with the principles set out in the data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter: “RODO”, and Polish regulations issued in connection with RODO, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection. The Administrator shall keep personal data confidential and secure them against unauthorised access by third parties under the principles set out in the aforementioned legal acts. Extent and purposes of processing of personal data

The Administrator collects your personal information that you voluntarily provide when you use the Service. By using the Service or submitting your personal information, you consent to the Administrator processing your personal information as further described in this Privacy Policy.
The personal data collected includes general contact and personal information, such as name, email address, information about people's contact requests, and other information required to manage the Service and provide services on it.

Through the Service, the Administrator processes personal data in order to provide users with the ability to use the functionality of the Service, i.e. to administer and moderate discussions and knowledge exchange between users of the Idosell service and IAI’s employees, who are administrators and moderators of the Service, to communicate with users of the Service, to provide marketing information and to handle other matters related to the management of the Service and the provision of services therein.

Legal basis of processing of personal data

In the course of its activities, the Administrator collects and processes personal data:

  1. on the basis of your consent given when entering the Service, for the correct and complete provision of services to users of the Service and the fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) RODO, Article 6 (1) (c) RODO);
  2. for the purposes resulting from the Administrator's legally justified interests: for analytical, statistical and marketing purposes and for ensuring ICT security connected with the Service website, as well as for exercising rights or asserting claims before all kinds of state authorities (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) RODO).

Your rights

The processing of your personal data is carried out on a voluntary basis, however, depending on the circumstances, a refusal to provide your data or a request to delete it may prevent you from using the full functionality of the Service.

You have the right to access your personal data; the right to rectify, erase or restrict processing; the right to data portability; the right to object if processing is based on Article 6 (1) (f) RODO, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal (if processing is based on Article 6 (1) (a) RODO).

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint related to the processing of your personal data by the Administrator to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Period of processing of personal data

The data shall be stored for the period resulting from archiving regulations and the limitation of claims, as well as until the relevant legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator are realised.

Transfer of personal data to other entities

The recipients of your personal data may be authorised employees of the Administrator, external service providers, e.g. IT service providers, marketing service providers (Google Inc. based in the USA), web hosting providers, subcontractors and other entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator on the basis of a personal data processing entrustment agreement, as well as accountants, lawyers, administrative authorities, state services and courts.

Lack of profiling

Your personal data is not subject to profiling as one form of automated personal data processing.

2. IP addresses and cookies

The Administrator stores and accesses cookies, i.e. small text information sent by a web server and saved on the user's hard drive or other data carrier, for the following purposes: proper functioning of the website, website configuration, website security and reliability, monitoring of the session status or analysis, statistics, research and audit of the website's views and display of personalised advertising. The user is identified (in the form of a cookie) when entering the website. The data is transferred to: Google Inc. - by means of tracking codes.

In this case, the Administrator, in accordance with the requirements of the RODO, implements security measures to ensure correct processing and adequate protection of your personal data.

3. Changes of the Privacy Policy
